Located in Naugatuck, CT, Fair Haven Community Health Care is dedicated to providing comprehensive screening and treatment for infectious diseases, including HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and hepatitis C. Our experienced and compassionate team offers a wide variety of preventive and clinical services tailored to meet the needs of individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Our program includes primary care, specialized infectious disease care, and behavioral health services, along with vital outreach education and nursing support for HIV.
