At the American Childrens Cancer Benevolence Fund (ACCBF) in Norwalk, CT, we understand that a child’s cancer diagnosis can place tremendous financial strain on families. Our Grant Program is dedicated to providing essential financial assistance to families navigating the challenges of childhood cancer and to cancer survivors within four years of remission. We offer support for a variety of urgent needs, including housing, living expenses, utilities, food, medical expenses, prescriptions, funeral costs, and transportation for medical treatment. Each request for assistance is carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis, ensuring we allocate our resources effectively. Our mission is to alleviate some of the burdens faced by families during this difficult time by facilitating direct payments to service providers, allowing them to focus on what matters most—their loved ones’ health and well-being.
