Located in Norwalk, CT, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential resources to empower their journey. Our program offers a targeted financial assistance package, including a $200 grant, $100 gas card, and $100 grocery card, designed to alleviate some of the burdens faced by these resilient individuals. In addition to financial support, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions and genetic counseling via phone with licensed professionals to ensure comprehensive care. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, which are processed promptly based on the availability of funding.
