MOVE! Weight Management Program in Norwich, CT, focuses on improving the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our primary objective is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that best meet their individual needs. We offer a range of treatment options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program allowing for in-home support. For those who prefer self-directed weight management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is also available.
