Connecticut WIC is dedicated to promoting healthy nutritional habits among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old, in Ridgefield, CT. Our mission is to empower families by providing vital services including nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and referrals to essential health and social services. Participants receive an Electronic Benefits Card, enabling them to purchase nutritious foods that foster healthy development. While our offices are currently open for phone appointments only due to COVID-19, we remain committed to guiding new applicants through the enrollment process and ensuring they have the necessary resources to thrive.
