In Seymour, CT, the TEAM's Meals on Wheels Program is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to homebound individuals aged 60 and older who struggle to maintain proper nutrition. Our mission is to ensure that seniors have access to nutritious meals, especially during times of illness or recovery following a hospital stay. We offer delivered meals designed to meet dietary needs, with a suggested contribution of $3.00 per meal; however, no one will be denied service based on their ability to pay.
