Operation Family Fund, located in Somers, CT, is dedicated to providing vital financial assistance to eligible service members and their families through grants for essential needs such as medical care, housing, and everyday expenses. Our mission is to support those who have served by alleviating some of the financial burdens they face and empowering them to thrive. While we are currently experiencing a high demand for assistance and are not accepting new applications due to limited funding, we strive to continue our work and expanded support as donations allow. To qualify for grants, verification of service-connected disability ratings from a case manager, social worker, or doctor is required, and families may receive up to two grants, spaced a minimum of six months apart. We remain committed to helping our heroes and their loved ones navigate through challenging times with compassion and care.
