Health Collective East, located in Stafford Springs, CT, is dedicated to providing comprehensive medical services, mental health support, and health education for the LGBTQ+ community and beyond, ensuring that individuals of all genders, identities, sexual orientations, ages, and ethnic backgrounds feel welcome and supported. Our organization is particularly proud of our focus on individuals living with HIV/AIDS, offering essential services such as medical case management, support groups, and food assistance through our on-site food pantry.
