Resource Connection/Food Pantry is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and support to families in Stratford and the Greater Bridgeport area. Since its inception in 1992 as a modest food pantry, our program has grown into the largest of its kind in Stratford, demonstrating our commitment to meeting the urgent basic needs of our community. Each year, we provide emergency food services, diapers, pet food, school supplies, Thanksgiving food baskets, holiday gifts, personal care items, and valuable referrals for additional resources. In 2014 alone, we facilitated over 51,406 meals for 8,130 children, teenagers, and adults. Our mission is rooted in compassion and practicality, ensuring that help is accessible to those who need it most. We welcome all those seeking assistance to visit us and learn more about the services available to support their families.
