Senior Meals on Wheels is dedicated to providing nutritionally-balanced meals to individuals aged 60 and older in Stratford, CT. Our program ensures that seniors receive essential nourishment, delivering a weekly box of five chilled meals in nearby communities like Wallingford and Bethany. Each meal is thoughtfully designed by a Registered Dietitian to meet one-third of the Recommended Daily Intake for seniors, prioritizing health and well-being.
