The Holocaust Survivors Program at Jewish Family Services in West Hartford, CT, is dedicated to supporting Holocaust survivors by helping them maintain their independence in their homes for as long as possible. We offer essential services such as counseling, emergency assistance for unexpected expenses, ongoing support with home care costs, and guidance with applications for reparations and compensation programs. Survivors benefit from access to the JFS Anja Rosenberg kosher food pantry, ensuring they receive nutritious meals. Many of our services are need-based and provided at no charge to qualified survivors, while additional services are available at no cost to all survivors.
