Each eligible participant receives a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help cover essential expenses. Our program also prioritizes emotional well-being by offering access to psycho-social counseling sessions with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling sessions via phone with a licensed Genetic Counselor. We encourage healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of their patients.
