Health Collective East, located in Wethersfield, CT, is dedicated to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals of all gender identities, sexual orientations, ages, and ethnic backgrounds. Our mission centers on delivering essential medical services, mental health support, and health education, with a special focus on the needs of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities, as well as those living with HIV/AIDS. We offer a variety of resources including support groups, medical case management, food assistance through our food pantry, medication adherence support, and social activities. Additionally, we provide a Continental Breakfast and Lunch on Fridays to foster community connections.
