Financial Assistance for Families Working in the Restaurant Industry, based in Willimantic, CT, is dedicated to providing crucial support to food and beverage service employees facing financial challenges due to illness or medical emergencies. Our program offers financial assistance for essential expenses such as rent or mortgage, utilities, medical bills, therapy costs, and childcare needs. We also cover expenses related to funeral costs, travel for hospital visits, and other critical child necessities. Once a family receives a CORE grant, they may apply again after 12 months for continued support, focusing on either the same or a new qualifying condition, up to a lifetime cap of $7,500.
