Located in Willimantic, CT, our program offers up to $800 per year for patients to cover crucial expenses such as airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and co-pays for necessary medical visits or tests not covered by insurance. We understand the challenges faced by PNH patients and their families, which is why we allow grantees to travel with a companion to ensure they receive the support they need during these important journeys.
