Located in Willimantic, CT, the Windham AIDS Care and Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting individuals living with HIV/AIDS by providing critical housing assistance and comprehensive case management services. We understand the unique challenges faced by those in our community and offer practical solutions, including help with securing and funding housing, acting as a liaison between tenants and landlords, and supplying food vouchers to alleviate nutritional needs. Our mission is to empower those we serve with the resources and support necessary to improve their living conditions and enhance their quality of life.
