MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Willimantic, CT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the convenient TeleMOVE! program, which allows Veterans to receive in-home support. For those who prefer to self-manage, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is also available, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for individuals facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
