Basic Human Needs Programs offers vital food assistance through our food pantries located in Family Resource Centers within three Hartford schools. Our mission is to address the basic nutritional needs of students and their families, while also extending support to community members experiencing crisis. In addition to emergency food, we provide clothing, furniture, and other essential items as necessary, ensuring that families have access to the resources they need during difficult times. The food pantries are designed to be welcoming and accessible, with some locations requiring a referral for service, reflecting our commitment to fostering a caring community in Windsor Locks, CT.
