Located in Windsor Locks, CT, OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women facing the challenges of ovarian cancer. We provide essential financial assistance packages tailored specifically for patients in need, honoring their strength and resilience during such critical times. Our program includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help cover everyday expenses. In addition, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling sessions via phone with a licensed genetic counselor to ensure comprehensive support. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications to OvarCare, which are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to funding availability.
