Connecticut WIC is dedicated to supporting low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with infants and children up to five years old in Windsor, CT. Our mission centers around promoting healthy food habits through vital services such as nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and referrals to essential health and social services. Participants receive an Electronic Benefits Card to access nutritious foods, ensuring families get the sustenance they need to thrive. While our offices are currently offering phone appointments in light of COVID-19, we encourage those not yet enrolled to reach out and learn how to apply or find their nearest WIC office for assistance.
