Connecticut WIC, located in Windsor, CT, is dedicated to fostering the health and well-being of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with their infants and children up to five years old. Our Women, Infants, and Children Supplemental Food Program focuses on promoting healthy food habits through nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and valuable referrals to health and social services. Participants receive an Electronic Benefits Card that enables them to purchase nutritious foods, ensuring that families have access to essential resources. Although our offices are currently operating by phone appointments due to COVID-19, we are committed to providing the guidance and support needed to help families thrive.
