Located in Windsor, CT, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women during their courageous journey against ovarian cancer. By offering tailored financial assistance packages, we aim to alleviate some of the burdens of treatment and care. Each patient can receive a financial grant of $200, alongside $100 gas and $100 grocery cards to help with essential needs. Our program also recognizes the importance of emotional well-being; therefore, we provide psycho-social counseling sessions by licensed clinical social workers and access to genetic counseling via phone. To apply, we encourage patients to have their healthcare providers submit applications to OvarCare, which are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on funding availability. We are committed to helping these resilient individuals navigate this challenging time with the support they deserve.
