Based in Windsor, CT, the PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund is dedicated to supporting individuals diagnosed with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by offering financial assistance for travel expenses of up to $800 per patient each year. Our mission is to ensure that PNH patients have access to specialized care, allowing them to visit a PNH specialist or seek a second opinion. Eligible expenses covered by our fund include airfare, train tickets, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and co-pays for medical visits or tests that may not be fully covered by insurance. We believe that health care access shouldn't be hindered by financial burdens, which is why we also allow grantees to travel with a companion. Together, we are committed to improving the journey of PNH patients through practical support and compassionate assistance.
