Located in Naval Anacost Annex, DC, RAP, Inc.'s case management program is dedicated to supporting individuals who are HIV positive through a range of comprehensive outpatient services. Our mission is to empower clients by connecting them with essential resources such as food assistance, childcare vouchers, ADAP applications, and health insurance options, including Medicare and Medicaid. We also provide crucial housing referrals, SSI benefits assistance, and access to counseling and support groups. Our specialized services include one-on-one education about HIV and guidance on social, medical, and mental health entitlements, as well as addiction and recovery treatment.
