At the Food Pantry located in Naval Anacost Annex, DC, we are dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income residents of the area. Our mission focuses on meeting the nutritional needs of those who may be experiencing food insecurity by offering grocery bags once a month, ensuring no one goes hungry. We invite all clients to complete a one-time registration process and offer the convenience of grocery delivery for those in need. We believe that access to emergency food should be available to everyone; hence, we will assist individuals even if they lack a photo ID during their first visit. Instead, we use a security question for future identification, reaffirming our commitment to inclusivity and support for all members of our community.
