The PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund, located in Naval Anacost Annex, DC, is dedicated to supporting individuals diagnosed with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by offering essential financial assistance for travel expenses. Each patient can receive up to $800 per year to connect with PNH specialists or obtain second opinions, ensuring access to critical medical care. This program covers a variety of travel-related costs, including airfare, train tickets, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and medical co-pays not covered by insurance. Furthermore, grantees can travel with a companion to enhance their support during these important medical visits. Our mission is to empower PNH patients by removing the barriers to accessing specialized treatment and care.
