At the Community Food Pantry Program in North Pole, DC, we are dedicated to tackling hunger and promoting health within our community. Our mission is to provide emergency food assistance, ensuring that families have access to nutritious options, including fresh produce from all USDA recommended food groups. We strive to enhance student learning and decrease obesity rates while addressing other health-related concerns. Clients from the Maryland, DC, and Virginia areas are welcome to self-refer based on their need, and our program not only meets basic nutritional requirements but also offers essential health and nutrition education, supporting families in becoming healthier and more informed.
