Our program helps alleviate the burden of both medical costs, such as prescriptions and durable medical equipment, as well as non-medical expenses, including home modifications, clothing, and daily living costs like food and utilities. We also assist with healthcare utilization costs by covering travel and lodging for medical appointments. Each family may receive grants up to $500 per year, with requests processed on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring that urgent needs are met promptly. While we strive to fulfill all assistance requests, larger grants may require additional approval and may take longer to process. Our mission is to ensure that families have the resources they need to navigate the challenges of medical care with dignity and support.
