Located in Washington Navy Yard, DC, Ward 4 Mutual Aid is dedicated to providing essential food assistance, diapers, and personal care supplies to neighbors in Ward 4, ensuring that support is available without barriers or judgment. Each month, we facilitate one Saturday distribution that allows local families to pick up vital resources to meet their basic nutritional and hygiene needs. For those who are homebound, we offer a limited number of home deliveries, providing fresh produce, chicken, and diapers directly to their doorsteps. Our program serves up to 100 families in need each month, and we also provide cash assistance on a first-come, first-served basis.
