About Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Washington Navy Yard, DC, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. WIC offers essential services including nutrition counseling and education, support for breastfeeding, and access to healthy foods rich in vital nutrients like calcium, protein, and vitamins A, D, and C.
