In Washington, DC, the Central Union Mission is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals and families who are facing food insecurity. Our Food Distribution program is committed to addressing nutritional needs by delivering emergency food supplies to those who need it most. Beginning September 1st, we invite anyone with a valid ID to visit us twice a month for food pickups. To ensure a safe and organized experience, guests will receive a number at the entrance gate, with a maximum of 10 individuals allowed to collect their food at a time. All distributions take place outdoors in our parking lot, and we operate on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. We strive to support our community with care and urgency, ensuring that everyone has access to the nourishment they deserve.
