Groceries-to-Go (GTG) operates in Washington, DC, as a dedicated food assistance program designed specifically for individuals facing life-challenging illnesses. Our mission is to provide free, medically tailored meal delivery service with no income or insurance requirements, ensuring that those in need receive essential nourishment without barriers. With deliveries occurring every other week, GTG offers eight specialized meal plans, including options for regular, vegetarian, renal, no dairy, no fish, diabetic, heart-healthy, and shelf-stable diets. We understand the individual dietary needs of our recipients and can combine up to three meal plans, ensuring each person receives the most suitable and supportive nutrition to aid their health journey.
