Located in Bear, Delaware, Shelter Services for Dependent, Neglected and Abused Children serves as a vital refuge for youth aged nine to seventeen facing crisis. We are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can find temporary shelter, emergency food assistance, and clothing. Our compassionate team also offers age-appropriate counseling to help children process their experiences and begin the healing journey.
