At Shelter Services for Dependent, Neglected and Abused Children in Bethany Beach, DE, we are dedicated to providing a safe haven for vulnerable youth aged nine to seventeen. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment where dependent, neglected, and abused children can find emergency shelter, essential food assistance, and clothing, along with compassionate, age-appropriate counseling.
