MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Bethel, DE, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities annually for obesity and connect them with suitable weight management services tailored to their individual needs. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! system for in-home support. For those preferring to manage their weight independently, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app, alongside access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight. Each facility may offer different services, so we encourage interested Veterans to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to begin their journey toward healthier living.
