Located in Dagsboro, DE, Shelter Services for Dependent, Neglected and Abused Children provides a compassionate refuge for children and youth ages nine to seventeen who have experienced neglect and abuse. Our mission is to create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can find temporary shelter, emergency food assistance, suitable clothing, and age-appropriate counseling tailored to their needs.
