HIV Services is a dedicated program of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Wilmington, located in Delmar, DE, focused on providing essential support for individuals living with HIV. Our mission is to promote health and stability for those navigating the challenges of HIV in Delaware and the surrounding areas. We help our clients secure housing, enabling them to manage crises and adhere to their treatment plans. To receive assistance, clients must demonstrate a need for help with essential expenses, including rent, energy, and food costs. Additionally, participation requires a personal interview and financial assessment, with referrals made through the client’s caseworker.
