Located in Delmar, DE, Shelter Services for Dependent, Neglected and Abused Children is dedicated to providing a safe haven for children and youth ages nine to seventeen who are facing crisis situations. Our mission is to offer compassionate support through emergency shelter, nutritious food assistance, necessary clothing, and age-appropriate counseling. We strive to ensure that every child in need receives the care and attention they deserve, empowering them to heal and rebuild their lives in a nurturing environment.
