Located in Dover Afb, DE, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families by providing essential financial support for various medical and non-medical expenses. Our program offers assistance for medical costs, including prescriptions and durable medical equipment, as well as home and vehicle modifications, and daily living expenses such as food and utilities. We understand the challenges families face, and aim to alleviate some of that burden by also covering healthcare utilization costs, including travel and lodging for medical appointments. With grants available up to $500 per family, per year, we prioritize urgent needs and ensure that requests are handled promptly. We strive to foster a caring and responsive atmosphere, ensuring that each family's unique situation is thoughtfully reviewed within 15 business days.
