Selma Schimmel Vital Grant offers critical support for individuals in Fenwick Island, DE, facing financial challenges due to chronic, terminal, or rare illnesses such as cancer, Parkinson’s, and Huntington’s Disease. Our program focuses on alleviating stress during difficult times by providing essential utility assistance and grocery support, ensuring that individuals can meet their basic needs while undergoing medical treatment. While the grant funds can be applied towards either utilities or groceries, we also collaborate with partner organizations to connect recipients with additional resources and assistance.
