Located in Frankford, DE, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing vital food assistance through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. We serve eligible individuals under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, ensuring that our clients receive nutritious meals designed by a Registered Dietitian to support their health needs, including conditions like Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are thoughtfully prepared to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those not covered by these programs, we also offer a self-pay option, allowing individuals to enjoy the convenience of home-delivered meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. Additionally, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our community's health and well-being.
