Located in Hockessin, DE, Amazing Grace Outreach Ministries is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and support to individuals in need, particularly single mothers, seniors, the homeless, shut-ins, the medically disabled, and the unemployed. Our mission is to uplift those on low-fixed incomes by delivering not only emergency food but also clothing and holistic care. To access our food pantry, individuals must first obtain a referral from their Social Service Center, then follow our schedule based on the initial of their last name for food pick-ups, which occur every Wednesday. We warmly welcome everyone who finds themselves in need, and encourage you to reach out via phone to set up your visit. Your well-being matters to us, and we are here to lend a hand when it matters most.
