Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to improving health and well-being in Lewes, DE, through our Home Delivered Meals program, offering nutritious, Medically Tailored Meals designed by Registered Dietitians. We serve a diverse clientele, including individuals eligible for Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services, and Supports (LTSS), as well as recipients of the Older Americans Act.
