Located in Montchanin, Delaware, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals program. We offer nutritionally balanced, Medically Tailored Meals designed by Registered Dietitians for clients eligible under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act. Our meals cater to specific medical needs, such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, ensuring our clients receive the nutrition they require while adhering to dietary restrictions, including dairy, peanut, gluten, and pork-free options. For those who may not qualify for government assistance, N4L also provides a self-pay program, allowing individuals to enjoy the convenience of personalized meal delivery for just $7.75 per meal. In addition, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services.
