Located in Montchanin, DE, the Los Abuelos Program is dedicated to promoting healthy living for seniors aged 60 and above within the Latino community. Our mission is to engage, educate, and support older adults by providing a variety of activities and resources designed to enhance their quality of life. We offer educational sessions, exercise classes, and recreational activities, as well as food assistance through our partnership with a local food bank. Eligible seniors can receive free food distribution, ensuring they have access to nutritious options.
