Located in Nassau, DE, Shelter Services for Dependent, Neglected and Abused Children provides a vital refuge for youth ages nine to seventeen who are experiencing crisis. Our mission is to ensure that these vulnerable children receive not only emergency shelter but also essential services including food assistance, clothing, and age-appropriate counseling.
