Our program focuses on easing the burden of medical costs, including prescriptions, medical supplies, and durable medical equipment, as well as non-medical expenses such as home and vehicle modifications. We also understand the need for support in healthcare utilization costs like travel to medical facilities, lodging, and parking fees, along with daily living costs such as food, utilities, and transportation. Each family may receive up to $500 annually, with additional requests considered on a case-by-case basis. We aim to process requests efficiently, reviewing them in the order received, and ask for a minimum of 15 business days for evaluation. Our mission is to provide compassionate and practical support to families navigating the complexities of special health care needs.
