The Los Abuelos Program, located in Wilmington, DE, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors aged 60 and older within the Latino community through education, active engagement, and supportive initiatives. Our mission centers on promoting healthy lifestyles and improving quality of life by offering a variety of services, including educational sessions, exercise classes, recreational activities, and food distribution tailored specifically for seniors. In partnership with a local Food Bank, we provide free boxes of emergency food to eligible residents of New Castle County, ensuring that those who meet the required age and income guidelines can access nourishing resources.
