Homeless Outreach, part of the Kalihi-Palama Health Center in Aiea, Hawaii, is dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness by providing essential services tailored to their needs. Our mission is to help individuals find permanent housing, enroll in benefit programs, obtain legal documents, and secure the necessary verification for homelessness. We also prioritize addressing basic nutritional needs through our food assistance program, ensuring that those we serve have access to emergency food when they need it most.
