Located in Camp H M Smith, HI, the Diversion program is dedicated to empowering families facing housing instability by providing flexible short-term case management and crucial one-time financial assistance. Our mission is to support families in identifying safe housing alternatives that leverage their existing resources, helping them avoid the homeless shelter system. Through our comprehensive services, participants receive help with case management, funding for housing costs, utility payments, and assistance with food and transportation needs, all aimed at facilitating a successful transition to stable living conditions.
